Someone who looks like me, someone who is a sister, might not be the kind of person you’d expect to see in the streets helping people living with HIV. This led me to working with people who were caught in human trafficking. The thing people don’t realize is that human trafficking is all over. Through the course of loving and caring for people and our neighbors, we are able to help those caught in human trafficking to find resources and possibly even return to their family.
