Take 2 Today is an inspiring new social media campaign from LCWR Region 10 members in St. Louis. Rooted in the Gospel call to welcome the stranger, Catholic sisters in the St. Louis area stand in solidarity with our immigrant and refugee brothers and sisters. In expression of this solidarity, our sisters advocate, work and pray for immigration justice.
Each week, sisters from different congregations will share short, two-minute prayers, by video or audio, lifting up the struggles, hopes and dignity of migrants and refugees. Through these weekly prayers, we hope to bring greater awareness to the injustices and fears many face today, while reminding our immigrant and refugee sisters and brothers that they are not alone.
New prayers will be posted weekly on the St. Louis Catholic Sisters website and shared by each congregation on their own websites and social media. Join us to Take 2 Today to pray, stand in solidarity and share hope.
Discover new videos and share them with others on our Facebook page.
